Gogna Schoolwear and Sports want our customers to shop safely and with confidence within our stores. We endeavour to keep our stores open for all of your children’s schoolwear needs. However in the unfortunate event that our retail stores are required to close, please order online with confidence. Below are some changes that are required in these unprecedented times to keep both our customers and our colleagues safe.
To keep our customers and colleagues safe we have implemented social distancing within stores with limited customers allowed at one time. Please try to limit the amount of family members you shop with in line with government guidelines. Please be kind and give everyone space.
Colleagues have been provided with extra hygiene products such as hand sanitiser, wipes Perspex screens to ensure that everyone can shop safely and all are protected. We are ensuring that extra cleaning is taking place within stores to keep all safe.
We require all of our customers to wear a mask or face covering in our stores with the exception of children under the age of 11 or if you are exempt for medical reasons. Please help to keep everyone safe.
Due to government requirements all returns need to be quarantined for 72 hours before they are handled. Once the quarantine period is complete, all garments are steamed before they are resold.
